do all Disney hotels resorts have fridges now?

I know last time we went we had to pay $10 a night I think for a fridge but I've since been told that all disney rooms have fridges now?

I know fridges are available in the value resorts but unless there is a medical reason you still have to pay for them. I believe all the moderates now have them gratis and I know the deluxes do.
