I think this is all there is:

Chef Mickeys - Contemporary - Breakfast and dinner

Cape MayCafe - Beach Club - Breakfast

Mickey's Backyard BBQ - Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground Dinner Show

Donald's Safari Breakfast - Tusker House, Animal Kingdom - Breakfast

He used to appear at the Garden Grill - Land Pavillion, Future World - Dinner, but I'm not sure if he still does.

He was also at 'Ohana breakfast with Lilo, Stitch and Pluto, not sure if that is still true though. :unsure:

The photos are 30 something dollars with tax if I remember correctly.

Yes as long as you have bought the photo if you keep the receipt and show it at any of the photopass viewing places they will add it on for you :thumbsup:
