House of blues good??

I've heard a load of stuff happens in the house of blues, events and so on as well as great food, but now I'm being told that the events part is a different place? Are they both in downtown disney?

I can only talk about the Sunday Gospel Brunch as that is the only time we have been, but it is FANTABULOUS.

They concert venue and restaurant are two seperate areas at the same location.
Great food and a fun atmosphere and good service. They have happy hour weekdays from 3 to 5 where most appetizes are half off and $2 beers.

The concert venue is very intimate and they have a variety of music there.
