In addition to the creation of Via Napoli at Walt Disney World Resort, Patina Restaurant Group has a long-established working relationship with The Walt Disney Co. Patina operates Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria, Napolini, Catal, the Uva Bar and Tortilla Jo's in Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney area. The menu is more extensive culturally with items from many regions of Italy. I am spoiled as having exceptional cooks in my family. My father in law is an incredible cook. He was invited to cook for President Nixon at his residence for a private dinner party. My wife is also a phenomenal cook. But I was very pleased with my meal.
