Is it better to use the included car hire from virgin holidays and purchase the extra insurance or to just forget it and buy separate? anyone know?

If we did buy separate would we get anything back from virgin for not using it?

Why would you need to purchase "extra" insurance? Isn`t it "all inclusive" with VH?
Personally I find that CarHire3000 normally work out the least expensive...they also promise to match any quote that is cheaper.
I doubt very much if you would get a full value refund from VH if you decline to use their services for car hire.
