Monorail or Ferry to the Magic Kingdom?

Im wondering if it's faster to get the monorail or the ferry boat to and from the car park to the magic kingdom? Particularly on the extra late nights?

I would say Monorail is quicker but the ferry is nice and scenic

I would say monorail is quicker and remember it is not running during EXTRA MAGIC HOURS

The monorail is a lot quicker, but the ferry is a lot more fun and memorable!

we always take the ferry back and forth, we arent in a rush either way its much nicer on the ferry :)

We walk in the gate and if the ferry is waiting we normally take it.

I like to take the Ferry to the MK and the bus back to the resort. LOL!
I also like to take the monorail from Epcot to MK and vise-versa.

IMO, ferry boat when arriving in the morning and monorail when leaving, although when leaving after wishes, i'd prefer the ferryboat, because i hate the cattlecar feel of the ramps while waiting the 20-30mins for the next monorail.
