I think most of them are fairly similar. We went to one at the Magic Kingdom (Cosmic Ray's Starlight cafe) and had a really nice burger there.

I mostly go to counter services places, and then break it up with a few buffets.
An easy way to save on dining is to eat your bigger meal at lunch. The sit down places will be cheaper for lunch than dinner, and the portions are huge.
I love Casey's and Cosmic Rays in MK.

MK - Casey's, Pecos Bill's & Starlight Cafe
AK - Yak & Yeti, Flame Tree BBQ
DHS - We don't normally do counter service here so can't recommend one
EPCOT - Tangierine Cafe (Morocco), Sunshine Seasons (The Land), Sommerfest (Germany), Kringla Bakeri og Cafei (Norway), Yorkshire County Fish Shop (UK)

i remember having tacos i think it was MK. it was cheap for a park, and filled a gap, the kids loved taking their tacos up to the salad area and helping themselves to all the salad and cheese.

Well, I know it's calorie laden but don't forget:
MK - Main Street Bakery
DHS - Starring Rolls bakery
Epcot - Boulangerie Patisserie in France and Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in Norway.
