We did it last week (before that in 2009). I love the firework view from there, if Tink flies she goes right over the top of you and you can see everything. They encourage you to step to the railings for the actual fireworks (you aren't allowed to take the chairs with you though). There is a massive choice of mini desserts and cakes, some fresh fruit, ice cream sundaes etc, tea, coffee, water, lemonaed, iced tea etc

We've done it a couple of times now. It is held in my personal favorite viewing spot which I cannot use now unless I pay for it :nono:
The desserts are nice. Each family gets a table. However, there is a huge spot against the railing where people can gather to stand. If you do not want people's butts in your face, you should get up there to stand too. It sort of defeats the purpose of having a table IMO.
