Getting from Polynesian to coronado

The polynesian has so much great transport but Im struggling on this one. We've been invited to the restaurant at coronado springs. Whats the best way to get there from the polynesian? and then how do we get back late. I dont know how long busses run for?

If it were me, I would take the bus to DTD from the poly and then hop on the bus to the Coronado and then the same going back, although if it's too late you might just want to get a cab to get back to the Poly.

Or I gess monorail/boat to Magic Kingdom and a bus to Coronado from there?
