At the Dolphin , and at the Car Care Center? I believe that one is close to MK... Either way, they have a van that picks and drops you off at your resort :)

Theres a Hertz rent a car on 192 just outside the main gate and they will
pick you up and drop you off They are usually cheeper

Most of the rental car companies have locations in the area so if you need a specific rental company you can find them. However inventory is small and you need to get yourself back and forth from their location.
