Hi Mari,
Yup, just took the boat from Boardwalk to DHS this past trip. Guess the trip took a nice and peaceful 20 minutes. It really is a nice boat trip.

Beaches and Cream is at the Beach Club resort. But the Yacht and Beach Club resorts are on the opposite sided of the same lagoon as Boardwalk. The boat from Hollywood Studios probably stops at both the Yacht/Beach Club and the Boardwalk.

Tom (:macwave:... or did I just confuse things more?)

hahahahahahahahahaha Kate ... well, we do have enough time to ask all our questions, and Tom will make sure we get far more confused hahahahahaha

alrighty Tom.. thanks so much... as long as there's a boat going in that direction we are good, we will have to stop and ask where its located either way as I dont really know :)

Thank you!

The boat from DHS stops at the Swan/Dolphin, Yacht/Beach Club, Boardwalk and EPCOT in that order. Beaches & Cream is indeed in the Beach Club.

We would usually get the bus to the Boardwalk rather than getting off at the Yacht & Beach as there is a nice candy store and a few little gift shops to visit as well as the views

You can also walk to BC from DHS. It's a lovely walk along the canal.

really?

I thought we had to take the boat...

How long do you think the walk takes Tink?

How long do you think the walk takes Tink? Are you pushing the girls in strollers? If so then 15-20 minutes.

It's a smooth pathway, but it's winding at some points. I'd plan on 25 to 30 minutes. We used to do it with Seth (in a stroller) and from the BW parking lot to the gate of DHS it was pretty close to 30 minutes although it didn't seem that long.

We do like to walk though.

yep.. the girls will be in strollers most of the time...

30 minutes doesnt sound like much, unless they are hungry hahaha, so we shall see..

BTW... WHERE on the Beach Club is Beaches and Cream located? I cant find it

If you come out of the Beach Club and turn right, walk along by the pool and you should see it. Excuse the terrible map, I hope it helps though :hug2:

I took the walk from the Dolphin to DHS a couple times, and it's a nice walk. Time flew by, didn't seem to take long, but I believe it actually took 20 minutes.

we couldnt do extra walking - cus we stay offsite we are at disney when it opens and there til it closes, by the time we are finished our feet are killing so an extra walk at the beginning of the day is off limits for us! If theres transport available then we're on it! Nothing to do with Beaches and Cream i know - just felt like telling you!!

We will be going on our first day there, so Im thinking we might not be too tired hahahaha... but its good to know we can do either :)

I think the kids would prefer the boat ride though
