I've just been watching our local news report, and they have just interviewed Steve Bloom who is a photographer and author, he has just released a new children's book.
This made me think about the job I would most like to do, which is be a wildlife photographer.

Want would everyone love to do?

Wildlife photographer without a doubt, would love to travel the world and capture these creatures in their native environment, rather than just Badgers on my patio

The white horses on the Carmague would be a dream as would Polar bears, I may do these as trips in my retirement if I am still mobile and have the money :D

The other think I would love to do is wildlife rescue and set up a centre for sick and wounded critters, much like ' secret world' do.

Any other ambitiuons I have I should be able to achieve through my current job anyway - clinic in africa/hospice etc

Hmm... I'd like to be a professional musician. Not a big star mind you. Maybe a session musician. Something like that.

Tom (:macwave:... piano or guitar please.)

I'd like to be a spy or a forensic psychologist specialising in serial killers, not quite as nice as taking photos of animals but i wouldn't have the patience to sit and wait for something to happen

My dream job would be to work as a therapist at Disney. Seriously. Combine both of my loves. Being a job coach at Disney would be pretty cool too.

I love people who work with big cats. I don't think my allergies would ever be able to handle that.

Currently I'd just like a job that I enjoy and where my manager wasn't a jerk.

I am very fortunate to be able to say that I have been working my dream job for the last 20 years. I am 44 years old and I am currently eligible for retirement. I really have no idea what my next job/career is going to be but I would like to do something part time where I am working with kids. I also see a move to Florida somewhere in the next 5-10 years.

My son always wanted to be a spy, he is also very interested in forensic science.

Wow, this is a hard question.

If I had the talent I would love to be a novelist.

This renews my faith. Thank you for sharing this with us! More so, thank you for what you do. I hope your next career is as fulfilling for you!

Billie, I'd like to write too... it's that pesky talent thing. :D

Just had to look at your profile to find out what you do.
It must be really great doing a job you really love doing especially if it's your dream job, so many people have to do jobs they don't enjoy these days.

Well, I kind of have an awesome job right now. I have been a science teacher for over 30 years and for about the last decade have been the planetarium director for my school district at a great museum.

Now that 30 years, like butterhead, entitles me to think about another career as I can retire at any time from this job. I have said that I would like to work at WDW either in guest relations or "captain" one of the boats maybe from POR to DTD. A few visits ago I got to talking to some of the seasoned captains and they said they love their lives. They play golf a few days a week, and work a few days a week. What is wrong with that.

Another job that I think would be fun (not too old YET) would be to be a river guide on some nice class III whitewater. It would be awesome to get paid to paddle.

I would love to either work in an wild animal sanctuary in Africa or as a trainer at Seaworld.

Really anything to do with animals would do me fine. But then again knowing how bad I am when animals pass on perhaps it's not the best job as I'd be in bits. I did get the chance once to be a veterinary nurse for my dad's friend but I knew that I would be no good to man nor beast as I would be crying all the time when something had to be put to sleep.
