Kate McCaffrey was on a cruise on the Disney Wonder in April when her iPhone was stolen during the cruise. She recently noticed that new photos were being automatically uploaded to her iCloud account. and the images apparently included the person who alledgedly stole the phone, a woman who appears to be his girlfriend and a bevy of their friends and co-workers.

In a comment on the Facebook album she created, she alleges that the smartphone was stolen by a man named “Nelson,” who appears in many of the photos and is identifiable thanks to a Disney Cruise employee badge.

Kate did what any clever but irate person would do, she put them on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.4102695045342.2181863.1221948597&type=3).

Honestly, some people, I hope Disney look into this.

I read that Disney has since found out who this employee is and he has been suspended without pay while Disney looks into the incident.

Well I would hope so! His name badge is plastered all over the photos! Thanks for the update!
