I would definitely go back to Coronado Springs. I loved the Pepper Market for counter service. I don't really enjoy the southwest theme, but the hammocks were fantastic, and the open late snack room was great for evening EMH.
My brother and his family stayed at Port Orleans (Alligator Bayou maybe???) and it was so NICE!!! The food court there is great. There is fun entertainment and the grounds are beautiful too.
I actually like them all (the mods) but haven't stayed in one of them!

I really feel like this decision could come down to location and theme. Even though CS was near AK and Blizzard Beach, it didn't seem to take very long to get anywhere. But then the two mods near DTD can use the boat to get to DTD, that's a perk too. I visited both of the mods near DTD. I liked the theming of French Quarter, but I would not pay to stay at Riverside. I thought Riverside was really depressing, but I'm not a southern girl at heart. Also, CS is very large, and if you get stuck in the back it would take a while to get to the lobby. Oh, and CS is a convention hotel if that could sway your decision either way. However, I didn't have any problems with the convention people. I just seemed to notice more people without children. I totally forgot about the Caribbean. I've never seen that one in person.

Port Orleans Riverside without a doubt.
It's our absolute favorite! We've stayed there probably 10 or 12 times and always keep coming back.

I'd recommend CSR in a heartbeat! Besides having a great main pool area, CSR also offers many deluxe amenities at a mod price.
CSR has queen beds and the rooms have been recently renovated and are gorgeous. The rooms also have a sliding wooden door separating the sink area from the room instead of a privacy curtain like the other mods (can be good for little ones napping in a pack n play).
Amenities include a fitness center, spa, free wi-fi, tanning beds, a sauna, salon, full menu room service and a night club.
The resort offers the same toiletries as the deluxes (except GF). CSR has separate shampoo and conditioner instead of the shampoo/conditioner combo at the other mods and values (a small thing, I know, but it means I don't have to pack shampoo and conditioner).
CSR has the largest hot tub of the mods and one of the longest pool slides on Disney property. The pool, slide and playground area is great and all located in one area at the main pool.
Bus service is terrific and is not shared with another resort.

We have stayed at all 4 of the mods and POR is clearly our favorite with POFQ second. Both my DW and I just recently stayed at CSR and while we liked the resort it was just TOO BIG for our likings. We feel the same way about CBR.

Well we have stayed at PORFQ and CBR and while both were very nice, PORFQ wins in the catagory for its theme and ease of travel to DTD. CBR was very nice but HUGE!! Took quite a walk to get to the food court and main pool.

Coronado Springs is our favourite. Amongst other things it has the friendliest CMs we've met and the bus service is excellent.

Thanks for all the feedback, we have stayed at all of the Moderates in the past and I was wondering which resort was everyone's favorite. After deciding we'd thought we would book POR for the free dining but they didn't have any standard rooms left so we chose Caribbean Beach instead. 2,500 dollars for 7 nights with the basic tickets and free dining. My brother booked the same deal.
