Keep trying every few days or so, there could well be cancellations between now and your trip. :yes:

We were only able to book it for dinner at 9:35 on our arrival day.... the rest of the week was full, and we were unable to book Chef Mickeys...

It might be worth trying to call them. I've tried to make reservations on line before and there hasn't been anything, but when I've called they managed to find me something.
