What a big loss to the art world, Thomas Kinkade, known as the “Painter of Light”, passed away at his home in California from natural causes at the young age of 54 on Friday.

Kinkade was a well known and highly popular artist who’s works included a rendition of the Disneyland’s 50th Anniversary version of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle.

I hav always wanted one of his paintings, my personal favourites are Cinderella, Peter Pan and Beauty and the Beast.
