Daytona speedway

Not sure if anyone will know this, but is the museum still at daytona international speedway? I've tried looking for information of it on the website but the only info I can find is on the track tour but nothing on the museum.

I don't know definitely but I'm sure I read something last year about it being closed along with some other attractions because of lack of funds. I can have a look round and see if I can find anything.

I too think it's closed down.

However, while it's not at Daytona, if you feel the need for speed, there's the Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing (http://garlits.com/index.html) over in Ocala. :drive:

Thank you all. It's a shame it's closed - maybe could also have something to do with the hall of fame and NASCAR fans going there instead.
Oh well, still going to go down there and drive along the beach and have a birthday picnic for my dads birthday :yes:
