Due to circumstances we couldn't control we are having to postpone our trip until next October so while at the beginning of the week I was doing the double digit dance we are now doing a 461 days to go dance :(!
On a brighter note virgin holidays were able to change the booking (at a fee of course) and we didn't lose the original deposit.
We now have another year to save which should make things easier

I'm so glad VH were able to amend your booking so you didn't lose your deposit
Just think of all the extra planning you can do and they way time is flying by, next year isn't that far away :)
Have you tried contacting Disney about your MNSSHP tickets

My mum had booked the Halloween tickets so will get her to call them about them and see if we can get any money back. We've got ADRs to cancel as well, so much to do.

Aw Sue really sorry youve had to postpone it. But, you are just postponing it and not cancelling it - so you are still going!! :mental:
And if it makes you feel any better, your countdown of over 460 days is still looooads less than mine!!!

Lol Kate, I am glad it's not being cancelled completely and it does help by being able to save up more. Little man is costing more than we thought he would, there's always something he needs
Wendy good news on the Halloween tickets my mum managed to get the money back so all in all postponing hasnt cost us anything :)

My mum and dad were also doing the Disney cruise after the main holiday on their own using their DVC points and they were able to get their points back.
All in all very happy with Disney and virgin
