Universal Studios has introduced two new dining experiences, that are related to new attractions at the theme park.
Universal’s Superstar Character Breakfast features some characters from its Superstar Parade, which runs daily and including characters from “Hop,” “Despicable Me,” “Dora the Explorer” and “SpongeBob SquarePants.” The meal is served at the La Bamba restaurant within the theme park.
The breakfast includes early admission to attractions Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, which opened this month, and the neighboring Shrek 4-D.
The character breakfast price is $26.99 for adults, $10.99 for children. That’s in addition to theme-park admission.
Also available is Universal’s Cinematic Spectacular Dining Experience at the park’s Lombard’s Seafood Grill. After dinner, guests get a prime, reserved area to watch the lagoon show Cinematic Spectacular, which celebrates 100 years of Universal filmmaking.
The price is $44.99 for adults, $12.99 for children. That’s in addition to theme-park admission.
Both dining experiences were introduced this year for Guests staying in Universal Orlando Resort hotels, but the dining experiences are now open to everyone.
