View Full Version : Any special "boy" things at WDW?
Well are there?
We did the Pirate Makeover last time and he really enjoyed that. Until the heavy makeup got too hot in the sun.
Is there anything else that a 10 year old boy might like as a special treat. He's pretty good at making friends so letting him go off without us wouldn't be a problem
Too many girl things about again. Even Brave has spawned a new princess.
Tough one. :sigh: I'll be interested in the answers too. Years ago Innoventions was good for kids who were old enough to be left alone for a bit. They had experiential video games and other "new" things. Now it's not the same of course. :sigh:

What about the Archery Experience at Fort Wilderness.
It's open to resort guests and non-guests, ages 6 and up, the 90-minute experience costs $25 (plus tax) per person, includes equipment and instruction and can be booked up to 90 days in advance by calling 407/939-7529.
There is some more information and a video about it here (http://wdisneysecrets.com/forums/showthread.php?22787-Archery-Lessons-at-Disney’s-Fort-Wilderness-Resort-amp-Campground&highlight=archery+lessons)
Oooooh Mummy and Daddy met at the University of Sussex Archery Club.
Will definitely look into that one.

:D
But if I win the lottery we'll do the Wild Africa Trek. Zipline over the hippos! :mental:

My two did the pirate cruise from the GF a few years ago and loved it! They do them from a few of the resorts I think.
