Dixie Stampede Being Demolished

Dixie Stampede is finally being demolished to make way for new shops that will become part of the expansion of the Orlando Premium Outlets in Vineland Road.

The Company have obvoiusly decided that the time is now right to begin the project as Dixie Stampede was purchased 2 years ago.

Yes, Herself was by there and said it's down to smithereens. How weird is that? It was a perfectly fine structure and not old at all. One would think it could have been renovated into shops instead of being torn down and rebuilding on the site? :unsure:

Just seems like a terrible waste to me.
