Is there something that you have to do every time you go on holiday. It might be eating at a favourite restaurant, a certain ride or attraction or even meeting Mickey Mouse :)

I donnt think there is anything i must do but there are lots of things I always do probably a visit to EPCOT IS A MUST EVERY TRIP
World Showcase for SURE! I like pretzels too, so I like to have either a big soft pretzel, or a bag of Mickey pretzels. I like to have a meal with Disney, or at least always used to. :sigh:
If I'm in MK, I have to do Pirates.

I only have one must do. And it's on Disney Cruise Line, not Disney World.
Each morning for breakfast on board, I must have Eggs Benedict. It's my vacation tradition! :surrender:
Tom (:macwave:... only time I ever get to have it.)

These things say Disney to me so I guess they are my 'must do' -
CoP, TTA, Pirates and BTMR.
Dole Whip and soft pretzels.

Not so much a "must do", but we have some traditions that we maintain on each visit.
Spend our first morning at DTD where we have coffee outside Ghiradellis and then lunch at the Earl of Sandwich.
We always have dinner at the YSH on the day after we arrive in order to say "Hi" to Ricardo.
Sneak in a few days at the GF.
We always have dinner at the YSH on our last evening in order to say "Au revoir" to Ricardo.
Apart from those things, we tend to wing it and just enjoy the pleasant weather and surroundings.
I love to go to the Days of Xmas store and stock up on ornaments :)

Must dos for us are something like this
As soon as we check in at our hotel, we catch the bus for HS and run to ToT. We love it! I would be embarrassed to say how many times I have been on that ride. Other must do rides are TSM, and Everest.
As far as my two are concerned Whispering Canyon is a must, but if I have to eat there once more and see any more ketchup bottles or oversized forks it will be too soon. I will not break the news that we arent eating there until we arrive.
Restaurants - 1900 PF and Kona for breakfast and Flying Fish and Kona for dinner.Starring Rolls and Writers Stop - two must visit venues.
Staying at RPR. We always do a 2 night stay Love everything in IoA

I guess we of course hit all the biggies, ToT, RRC, PoC, Splash Mountain, Test Track, but we always LOVE the less popular ones like:

The Land - ok, we like so sue us
IASW...wouldn't be a trip to WDW without it
Peter Pan
Buzz Lightyear
