Mickey waffles for waffle maker

4 eggs seperated
1 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups of flour
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 tbsp sugar


Beat egg yolks and sugar until light fluffy. Add cooled butter,milk, flour and baking powder and beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Cook according to your waffle maker.

I have had a Mickey Mouse waffle maker for over 10 yrs..
I make them all of the time..makes us feel like we are having breakfast
with the fab 4 in our favorite place!!!
