food to you at your WDW resort? We will be using DME and we won't need a car, so no grocery stop for us. I will be taking most of the snack type items with me (for an empty suitcase to fill for the way home!), but I was looking to have some water and heavier items delivered. I have tried comparing companies, but there are so many that I lost track!

Who have you used, or who should I stay away from? Thanks!! :)

I used Walmart for my water, they do other dried goods too. It worked out the cheapest way of doing it as we had the dining plan so didn't want much. It was there waiting for us when we got there.

Really?? Walmart delivered to your resort?

Same as you, we really don't need that much. I was mostly thinking some drinks to have in the room and a few odds and ends snacks that I don't want to bring. My Mom is addicted to Pepsi (in a Coke world!), so we will need some of that for her to keep her in a good mental state ;)

Hmmm! I never would have thought. So now here comes many more questions! Did you order online? Is there a specific Walmart you used? Oh and do you just order it like you would if you were having something delivered to your home, or do they have some special service?

THANKS btw!!!

Just go online and order from the Walmart website. They will deliver to the resort. I completely understand about the Pepsi thing! Also Dr. Pepper is another vice that I can't get at WDW. Walmart will ship "Home" items totally over $45 for free (I use this at home for cat food and litter). But if you don't want to spend that much, the shipping is usually 97 cents an item.

Forgot to mention that Staples will often deliver for free as well. Tons of people use it to get water delivered

Thanks guys!!! Really!! I was looking at all of these custom delivery services and I never once thought of good old Walmart. For the few things I need, this will save me a ton!! :hug2:

Can you share how you managed to do this? I was just at WalMart.com to try to order water for our trip in 2+ weeks, and it shows water as only available *in store*. :(

Thanks for the link, Brit. But it's still showing Dasani as an in store only option. :( I just went with Garden Grocer because I just want to be done with it. Maybe I'll try again next trip.

I had to shift gears for camping, but I wasn't able to get this to work either. I have some time, so I will try and get it settled.

I got the Walmart brand water, that was definitely available in December! maybe they stopped it because it's too heavy :(

It seems they are shipping sometimes. I had the sane issue with cat litter 2 weeks ago. They weren't shipping. And now they are again

Certainly never thought you were lying about it. :D Just wondered if you had some kind of secret for making it work, or if not, let people know that as of right now...it's not an option.
