Is there a way to track expenses charged to your room on the app or online?

I don't know of a specific application, but I keep all those receipts. Never hurts to have backup, and yes, WDW does make mistakes. Otherwise, there are money tracking apps for household use. You could download one and use it just for your Disney expenses.

Thanks for the tips! here is an "official" CM answer:

Good to know! Does seem like a great idea for an app...though I suppose Disney doesn't really want you to keep track of how much you're spending!

I agree. I am someone who check my bank accounts at least once a day. I'd love to be able to track all purchases in real time. I have other ideas, too. They could add features like being able to see if your purchases have made it to the room yet.

Love that, idea, Daniel! I, too, am (overly) conscious about my accounts. In fact, I have a little "tradition" of my own at Disney. Every couple of days, when I wake up (always earlier than everyone else) I grab my mug and head down to the lobby for a cup of coffee, and then ask at the front desk for a portfolio of our room charges and, if we're using it, our dining credits. I then sit and pour over them while the rest of the family sleeps. Jon says it sounds tedious, but for whatever reason - I enjoy it!

I may very well do something like that myself!
