we were talking today in work about podcasts, little audio segments often downloadable to ipods etc. There are quite a few on the topic of Disney done by various places some are good, some are ok and the majority are really awful....but the good ones can certainly be interesting.

Everyone was saying how they haven't listened to any for years and consider it a dead/dieing technology

I was wondering how many of us are still listening to podcasts and which we like if any?

We have another thread going about podcasts :-D
I love them! They're all I ever listen to in the car.

I LOVE my podcasts! LOVE them. They make my long rides to/from work a bit more bearable.

Mostly I listen to Disney podcasts, but I also enjoy NPR, marketing podcasts, and generally anything I run across that catches my eye!

Yes. I also have a Sonos ('http://www.sonos.com/?lang=en-us&region=us&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_content=Sonos_Exact&utm_campaign=Brand_Sonos-Trademark&utm_term=Sonos&gclid=CIily5WHhrwCFeg27AodtCgAAA&gclsrc=ds') at home that I listen through when I'm working from home. Favorite Disney podcasts include Jim Hill, Lou Mongello, and ResortLoop.

I'm a keen podcast listener too. Mine are mainly Disney/Orlando podcasts, but I subscribe to a few video podcasts about photography. Sadly, I rarely get the time to watch them!

I'm on android and use pocket casts. It's a brilliant app! I then just play them through the aux.

No problem, the two I like best are:

Photography 101 - hosted by a photography 'tutor', it's full of tips and interesting topics about taking photos and making obscure art with a camera.
Photo Tips by BC Photo - the host is hilarious and deals with a topic each show, explaining techniques/software etc. I really like this one but it's a little rich with plugs to keep my interest for long.

I also briefly subscribed to Photoshop for Digital Photographers. It's really in depth and sometimes the pace is a little slow for me, but it is really informative.

I am so out if sinc with all my podcasts, since I got back from wdw my life has been a roller coaster with my new job then Christmas and then on New Year's Eve my grand mother very suddenly passed away.
I feel very out of the loop with everything and as I am pushing myself to be known as the Disney (and Orlando) specialist not only in my store but the region and ultimately the company I need to get my head back into it all
