If I book online do I have the same protections as on the highstreet ? abta, atol and the schemes that will refund money if they go bust?

Also another question, do they book with disney using my credit card or do I pay the agency and then they pay disney?

I would suggest recommendations from others who have used online travel agencies. There are good ones and...yes, well...

The other things I would suggest are purchasing your travel insurance separately through a third party and confirming and reconfirming your reservations periodically, if you aren't using a recommended TA. Just in case! :)

caution about abta bonding,...... in a lot of cases it is as much use as a chocolate teapot.

you need to ensure you are atol protected and some form of a trust to protect your money.

You pay them the way you would with other agencies on the high street. No different.

I don't ring often at all.

In fact i think we've only had about 4 phonecalls about the holiday.

They've all been between 1 and 2 hours long but that's not the point

not always Mick.

Some seat only fares are discounted with no tie in, other consolidated IT (inclusive tour) fares require care hire or 5 day accommodation .... if that were the case, I personally would get the price for the absolute cheapest accomm poss and the price for car hire and compare with my other car hire providers and work from there what is the best value to my client.
