I know victoria and albert do but do any other restaurants at disney have one?
I don't know of any actual set ups like V and A's, but Jiko has an seating area where you can view the chefs cooking.
Emeril at Citywalk has a degustation menu, but isn't big on allowing a kitchen based chef's table.

Emeril's is quite nice. It's pricey, but the food and service were excellent when we were there.

I think there is a separate dining section at Citrico`s at the GF. I wouldn`t say it was a "chef`s table" like at V & A`s though as the kitchen area in Citrico`s is open for all diners to see.
Ah! Thanks, Slowhand! I didn't keep the ADR for Citrico's so wasn't aware of that one!

Here (http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/dining/diningDetail?id=CitricosDiningPage) is a link to the Disney site where it mentions the "Chef`s Domain" as it is called.

I'm thinking there is a larger minimum at Chef's Domain.
