WOOHOO i just got all my ticket reference numbers from my travel company, but what i need help on is i cant find on the virgin atlantic site where to go to tap in the info to print the tickets

or

do i have to do that a certain time before i'm due to fly????

should be on the amend booking bit at the top right

...it'll re-email you e-tickets which you should have already received

thanks keith i onlt received the e ticket numbers.

logged in and it still says

Sorry, we were unable to retrieve your booking. Please check the details you gave us below and let us know the flight number and departure date of the flight and try again.

The websites are in meltdown at the moment... I had some emails from companies saying cos of the XL thing they are inundated.

Mick, make sure that you typed in the reference no. correctly.
This happened to me once because I thought that an "I" was in my number, not a "1".

terry, its only got one letter starts with an E then 13#'s

is there a time limit before you fly that you can retrieve your booking?

at 1 month out you should definitely be able to retrieve it but there are tons of different reasons for it not coming up

When you say you got the eticket numbers, did you get them by email from virgin? if so thats probably your eticket and all you need

no these come from the agent 6 #'s in all one for each of us

will keep trying

If you REALLY cant get in, send them an email. It will take awhile but they'll get back to you

VA also notify you by email around a week before your departure to prompt you to give them your API info. etc, and to suggest that you use the on-line check in facility. We had ours only this week but we had already submitted the info.

well i eventually got in after phoning VA they gave another reference number to enter, but i still cant print my eticket, all i did was updat the API forms for everyone

they recently (ish) added a menu option to re-email your etickets :/ is it not there on yours?

sorry i meant to say email to print out, i clicked on every passengers info to email me the eticket but that doesnt seem to work, oh well i give up lol
