ya it is early, normally Oct, but now that all the gardens are dead:p, we will have some nice weather, though it is still cool in the 60's ,the sun is out.;)

Frost. :sigh; It does bring beauty, at first doesn't it? Tomorrow is the first day of Autumn. Time for pumpkins, thick sweaters, and rag socks. Love it. Miss it terribly. :( Don't miss what it hearalds though. :sigh; Can't have everything in this world, eh GrammiePo?

True, I am not looking forward to the cold and the oil prices this winter. But on the up side, nothing is an more wonderful than a warm fire while the white stuff falls, and makes the world a prue clean place.

You probably don't want to know that we're still flirting with 100 degrees here, do you?

Mornings are gorgeous--mid-70s overnight low and evenings (8:00-ish) dropping down to high 80s. We suffer through three to four months of summer for this!

I've never lived anywhere that really has seasons. I consider 60s to be winter! :sigh:

Well, I might melt a bit or grow some moss, but don't think I'd drown. I'm a good swimmer!

The mountains here have snow! And the trees are turning colors now. I need to get Rick to buy a snow blower. :) Just in case.

It's a beautiful park day today. Warm, sunny, breezy and no crushing humidity. Anyone care to take a stroll through the World Showcase? :)

wait, I'll get my cane and come with you.
I just love this kind of weather in the 60's makes you feel, alive and able to get things done. I could live with 60's all the time, 80's I will just have to lay down and die.

Last night we hit the 30 mark for the first time. It is cold in the mornings, but nice during the day. I am excited and this weekend we will be hitting the first of the pumpkin farms and corn mazes- Hooray!!

Have you ever done a halloween corn maze? Anything can happen along the way, to make you go the wrong way and when you get to the center, it will be something so bad that you go, fast anyway you can go. Great fun.

Grammiepo, 60s are winter! And 80s are just comfortable!

We're still hitting around 100 plus a degree or two most days. :sigh; But when it cools off, it will be sudden. We don't have much autumn or spring--usually a week or two. We're thrilled with three or four weeks!

I remember Az., we spend two weeks in Sedona, the heat was a nice dry heat, not as bad as I thought it would be, but when it rains, it sure does rain.

OMG no!! If I am walking through something and anything scary happens I will start running! My parents almost lost me in a Ripley's (sp?) Believe it or not when I was small because I got freaked out and took off! I can take MNNSHP and that about covers it

Sedona is gorgeous! And typically 15 to 20 degrees cooler than the Valley of the Sun during the summer. Much more comfortable! :)

I love this weather, in the winter I keep my bedroom window open, I love nothing more than being cold and then snuggling up into a warm bed!
