Has anyone made use of this Disney benefit?-

Preferred Fireworks Viewing
Access to special viewing locations for Illuminations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot and Wishes at Magic Kingdom Park for all members of the booking party.

If so, where did you stand and was it a 'benefit'?

:)

No, I haven't. But what are you doing to bring you that benefit? I ask because I know where the special seating/gathering places are, and depending upon what you are doing I could better answer the question? :unsure:

Erm...remember that wedding we attended a while back Tink? :lol:

We had a reserved viewing area to the side of the UK pavillion at Epcot from where we had a great uninterrupted view of Illuminations while we partook in dessert.
It was a great opportunity to get a good view of the fireworks.

It's one of the treats that you get if you book through WDTC (UK).

Yes, I do remember that Illuminations showing. :yes: That's why I was asking about what MystikPiglit would be doing. :D

There are roped off areas throughout the WS that are reserved for HC seating, plus areas for special guests. There are areas that can be reserved (for a fee) by folks who are having special events or grand gatherings. Those rented areas are at Italy, UK, and between France and the UK. There may be other areas, but those are the ones I know of.

The special seating is marked by signs.

Not much help to you eh? :sigh;

I expect it will be the area in front of the American Adventure - but that is purely a guess - I shuld imagine it will have to accomodate a LOT of people - you do have to book it in advance though

We are happy enough with counter service for the main TBH- we aren't big eaters at Disney - Will book a couple at Chef Mickeys 2 breakfasts and an evening meal, probably a Pooh lunch as well and just maybe a castle Breakfast as the boys seem keen ( and who can blame them :D ) but thats about it - we will wing it the rest of the time

Well I don't know - we only ever get as far as Germany :lol:

Oh! :lol: There is the huge outdoor theatre there. It blocks a wide portion of the lagoon. You can view the lagoon from either side of it, of course, but the view is still blocked by the theatre. :yes:

Had a nice view from Italy Isola a few years back...probably the best view of Illuminations I've ever had...
