best days for parks?

Ive heard people say never go to the magic kingdom on a saturday but how true is that? if it is true what are the nogo days for the other parks?

I think the MK is busy on the weekends because it is typically the first park that most want to visit.
Personally, I just try to avoid parks that have EMH's.
