My son just started the Disney College Program. We will be visiting him in December. We've stayed at GF before and loved it. My husband and I will be having one night to ourselves. Any suggestions?

What about Cirque du Soleil or a nice meal somewhere like the Yachtmans? :)

We are planning on doing the Cirque du Soliel show with the family. Just wanted something different and maybe romantic.

What about a meal at Victoria and Albert's? I've never been but I've heard it's excellent

I understand the jacket is required and my husband refuses to bring a jacket to "Disney". I was looking for something different. We've been to Disney several times, but never had and evening to ourselves.
Thanks for your help

youre right, it needs a jacket and is pretty formal although one of my favourite places!
How about the California grill?

As Keith suggests the California Grill is a nice restaurant. :p015:

That's the resturaunt in the Contemperary, right? Thanks for the suggestion. I guess I need to make reservations now.
I would like to recommend the Bistro de Paris (upstairs) at France. Have the degustation menu. I'm in the process of writing our review of same, but I will tell you it was the shining star of our dining experience not only during our recent stay, but in quite some time.
Be absolutely certain you choose the "with wine" version.
