how late do park restaurants open till

I cant seem to make a reservation past about 9:30pm even on an extra magic hours evening? is this right?

Sounds right to me. Restaurant hours are based on regular park hours.

There usually aren't many food options during EMH--just a few counter service places. Casey's and Cosmic Ray's come to mind.
