It's been reported on another site that they are still chicken strips, not processed and formed chicken, but they are smaller. You receive 5 or 6 now, rather than the previous three.

Not good for those watching carbs, unfortunately. :sigh;

They didn't look like chicken tenders last week. They lookeds like chicken nuggets. They were not as good as they used to be, all breading...yuck.

Sounds like quality has been down-graded again. :(

It's getting harder for me to find things to eat at WDW. Between being a picky eater, low sodium diet (mostly by choice, but by applauded by doctor), food allergies and just plain old watching consumption of some food categories (think my beloved carbs), the options are becoming pretty limited.

And I've discovered that I really don't like the CS hamburgers at WDW--they're overcooked and not very high quality. I knew I wasn't overly fond of them, but last December's visit cemented that thought. sigh; On the bright side, I discovered that the Food Court CMs at Pop Century were willing to work with me to substitute foods I could eat, when possible. :)

There are lots and lots of wonderful food options off-site too. There just isn't much diversity at WDW IMO. You cannot find a baked potato anywhere on property, every potato is mashed. Which is fine usually but when I have a steak, I want a baked potato too.

Ahhhhh! The love of a baked potato and plain old dinner roll! :lol:

At YSH, they allowed me to substitute a baked potato for the garlic mashed potatoes. I'm not fond of entire cloves of garlic in my mashed potatoes and was tired of picking them out! And they actually had good dinner rolls--no fruit, berries, nuts or other stuff mixed in! Heaven! :lol:

Johnie, if I'm traveling solo I usually don't rent a car, so offsite isn't an option. It just didn't make sense to rent a car that sits in the parking lot for 11 to 12 days. :shrug: And I thoroughly enjoy not driving while on holiday! :D

You can get a baked potato in that kiosk like place near the Haunted Mansion. Unfortunately, they are soggy and cold. :(

I KNEW there were baked potatos there at one time!! Everytime it is open they only sell drinks, chips and fruit though.

I'm thinking they served cornbread when I dined there in 2004. Good, but not something I really enjoy. I'm a bit weird with food--don't really like sweet with savoury, among other things. Picky, I know. :sigh;

Sometimes I just want a soft, white, non-nutritious roll with my dinner! :lol:

Went to LTT last week and the rolls were soft. Not cornbread (what Disney serves is actually cake. They still serve that kind at WCC and HDDR)

We ate at Electric Umbrella recently and thiers are chicken tenders/strips and were very nice, Gavin recommended them to me as I was in the mood for chicken As I rarely eat meat they have to be good for me to eat them and not bin them!

At one time I could have given you a run for your money. These days, if I eat more than one or two I'm completely miserable! :sigh;

Sometimes this senior citizen thing is absolutely no fun. :rolleyes:

And at others, it's just fine! :lol:
