Can anyone recommend a low fat cheese that actually tastes nice, and like cheese.....? :)

why not just have stronger cheese and use less of it? i have had the tesco one in the past and it's ok, that's all i'll say on the subject lol

Hmmm, I'd be inclined to agree on just using less of the regular cheese.

Having said that I've used Sainsburys half fat cheese in cooking and no one has noticed the difference.

Don't use M & S half fat though. Bit like chewing on a rubber tyre.

Speaking of Cheese. I FINALLY found a good hunk of English Cheddar at the store yesterday.

I've been trying, unsuccessfully, to buy Monterey Jack cheese here in the UK. :sigh:
