Sorry to hear you are feeling blue, its the time of year/weather or you could have a bit of SAD sit in the day light and eat chocolate, oh not sure chocolate is compulsory but it always cheers me up lol.

oh yes, chocolate *is* compulsory - AND it's chocolate week this week so no there's better excuse really!

We've been bombarded with so much negative news lately that I think it's dragging most of us down with it--at least a bit!

Put on some happy music or a movie that makes you laugh. Create some personal sunshine if none is available elsewhere! :)
