DS found this (http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/2715427/c_1/1%7Ccategory_root%7CPhotography%7C10198049/c_2/2%7Ccat_10198049%7CDigital%2Bcameras%7C10198098.ht m) yesterday and i wondered if it was any good.

I usually spend quite a bit on disposable underwater cameras for DC and water parks but then obviously have to have them developed.

I know the pics won't be perfect but thought it might be a better option to buying disposables all the time and being able to reuse this one.

How many pics do you think it will hold?

Thanks guys.

looks similar to my dd`s -we got hers from tesco and it came with a extra waterproof case,pictures aren't terrible,i would say better than dispoables -and i`m sure its the same price but you could add a memory card to it
Will see if i can find you it!

There's not a whole lot of info on it but as lizbro says, I've seen a lot of similar looking ones in supermarkets.

I reckon they'd take decent enough photos. 8MB internal memory isnt much though and it would be interesting to see if there is a card slot or not (because of them keeping it waterproof). Depends if there's some kind of case over it I guess

I just thought as it connects to a pc via usb we could download any pics each night as disposables only take 24 shots anyway.

I have no idea really but just want the kids to be able to take pics at the water parks and DC.

That amazon one looks good -as its takes memory card you can up the pics to highest quality to get better pics,i know with my dd's they have used it in the bath!!! and the case has been fine -similar idea -case that you put on for waterproofing and its not too expensive and can be used afterwards as a normal camera.I can't find the tescos one buts its a technika and not the worlds best pics but still better than disposables

For the difference of 20 pounds I would suggest looking at this one;
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Vivitar-ViviCam-Rugged-Digital-Waterproof/dp/B000QCI65I/ref=dp_cp_ob_ce_title_2/277-3877405-4971744

6 mp, 10 meter water proof. Sample photos look quite good.
