is there a maximum number of photos on a photopass

No there is no limit at all. If there are too many photos to fit on one CD Disney will send you however many are necessary at no extra charge.

As wickesy said, Disney will put your photos onto more than one CD if needed :yes: We have actually had that done for us.

I'm just wondering though....different members of your family can have a photopass each that I believe Disney will join together for the CD/CD's. Does this mean that if there are say, 12 of you, all of those passes can be included in the one price?

We've done that. There were 4 families, one grand gathering and we shared a photopass.
