My christmas cards have glitter on them, but that's how they came. :D

This may sound like a crazy question but do a lot of people in the UK make their own cards? It wasn't till the boards that I even knew anyone who did that. I think it would be really fun, but I currently don't have the time.

it's very popular and becoming more so i think, and they're far more sophisticated these days than when i used to dabble in crafty things years ago - there are *so* many products out there.

I just make them for personal use but it's hard to not spend too much money as everything is so tempting!

My sister makes some seriously fabulous cards, and my other sister makes them every now and then....but not since the baby arrived last year!

is it like a glue?

yes, it's a glitter glue but a good quality one - there are loads of different colours but i like the crystal one as when it dries you can still see the colour of whatever you've put it on.....it looks great on snowflakes and snowy scenes, you just highlight the areas you want to sparkle and a little goes a long way  when it catches the light it sparkles and gives the card a little 'more' if you know what i mean

I have a couple of stickles. They are easy to work with for accenting accurately because the tip is nice and small. I love the colours as well :)

I too think you should sell them at craft fairs. I wonder if you could do it over the n'net to? Set up a small website? I'm useless at that sort of thing, but I've heard of really easy to set up webpages.

Stickles are the ultimate in "POPPING" your crafts. I know there's like a bazillion colors out there, but I have the basic colors. Saves me from confusion.
I'm on an "Inspiration Challange" team with my DIL and I"ve come up with some really cool stuff and then I add Stickles and it just says LOOK AT ME!!!

I found a package of 3 at Michaels recently. I think I let out a holler when I saw them hanging there on the end of a row. It contained Christmas Red, Holly Green (I think), and maybe Gold... I don't remember. But I've never seen Stickles at Michaels before. So I bought 2 packages and sent one to my granddaughter Sara who is also a crafter.
