Great alignment tonight just after sunset....saw it last night and it was really awesome. Check the south west just after sunset to see beautifu Venus low near the horizon (very bright! should be about negative 4 magnitude), a bit higher and to Venus's left the crescent moon hugs Jupiter. They should be less than 2 degrees apart (less than the width of your pinkey at arm's length). Hopefully you will have clear skies to view this wondeful sight. The three are so bright you should be able to see it even with light pollution.
