I had a sonogram done this past week (yes, I have pics to post) and we got talking with the nurse while she was doing the sono. Dh and I have been going back and forth about finding out the sex of the baby so that is what started the conversation. She told me about a young couple who had been in the office the week before and it was so very cool I had to share.

She said this couple came in with two beautiful hand made baby booties. All fluffy and decorated and just adorable. One was pink and one was blue. They gave the nurse a small box and told her that when they left the room she should put the bootie that matched the sex of their baby in the box and hide the other. They said she could give the other bootie to another Mommy who wanted to know. Well the nurse asked about the box and they said they were going to take it home and wrap it and open the box on Christmas morning :hearts: I got all misty thinking about it!! So there you go..someone needs to do this!!! Honestly everyone should to this

I thought it was so sweet. I said that on Christmas morning I'm going to be thinking of them and how happy they are going to be.

Oh and they are having a baby boy by the way :D
