Jim Hill is guessing that the as yet unfinished half of pop century will be rethemed as Disney's Animation Inn and Suites... what do you think?

I don't get how PoP Century only appeals to Baby Boomers?

Actually I don't understand that quote at all. So one half of the place will be Animation themed and the other PC? Makes no sense.
