For all you texts and PM's :hug2:

love you all very much - sure you understand why haven't been on much - Lisa is being a complete Star - she is going to Cornwall for a few days at the weekend and I am worried it will shake her to see her mum. She is haveing a bronchoscope tomorrow and we get the histology hopefully in the week. The consultant is ringing Lisa often which is nice.

But overall, whatever it shows prognosis is poor.

Funny how time and life go into a warp at times like this

trying not to think about the holiday as we are just living from day to day.

Anyway - I will pop in when I can and feel able.

Thanks chaps, we are hardly alone in the world though - everyone has a story to tell that is not dissimilar. I just need to look after my wife and try and give her the strength and support she needs.

We give the kids an extra big squeeze each night.

The most important thing from this is to REALLY learn the lesson that you should live each and every day to the full - too often I see too many people who say 'I wish I'd..' , you never ever know when these things are going to happen, don't have regrets.

Excellent perspective, Chris! Please be sure you and Lisa arrange just a little time for yourselves during this hectic period. You can't afford to burn out.

True words, Doc. Unfortunately, too many people don't believe them until some tragedy forces them to see the truth of them.

It's not a bad goal in life at all, to treat each person as if it were going to be the last interaction you were going to have with them. It just may be. If we can concentrate on that, then we keep in our conscious that each day is precious. Each day is filled with opportunity. Each day is filled with a time frame that we may never have again.

Life does prevent us from doing what we want when we want it sometimes, and it's our job to sort out individual priorities. It's a wonderful idea to keep in our thoughts that our priorities need to be examined on a regular basis, eh?

One step at a time, Doc. One step at a time through each day. :hug2:
