Okay, so I wanted to share my news with my disney friends. Many of you know that I have working out very hard....I mean very, very hard. :tread:


And as of today, I have lost 22 pounds and have gone down about 4 dress sizes. :tralala::happydance:

I still have more to lose, but this is truly an accomplishment. :chdance:

I'm just so excited and these kinds of results keep me going. I tried a new workout video last night, the Dancing with the Stars, latin dances....and well, I'm not that coordinated. :lol:

Thanks Tink. I still have a love/hate relationship with the scale. Sometimes, no matter how hard I try, it doesn't bend to my will. :D

Isafari, the video was good. All the people in it were dancers, you could tell. Not to mention they were wearing heels on a dance floor. My tennis shoes on carpet, don't work the same.

Tonight I'm going to try the Jillian Michaels video. She's the lady from Biggest Loser.

Hang in there with the dancing tape. You just have to break it down into groups of steps and you'll have another exercise alternative. :) Have to agree with sneakers on the carpet, though. I forgot about that when I intially switched to pure dance from dance-based low impact aerobics. :lol:

I'm definitely not giving up on the dance routines. Even though I wasn't able to do it, I was still moving and burning calories. I so enjoyed the Jillian Michaels video yesterday. And I am so feeling that video today. She kicked my behinnd. :point: I think I will give her another try today or another dance video. Or maybe I'll just walk on the treadmill. Gotta keep moving. :yes:
