We've not made any ADR's for this "impromptu" trip...so we'll be eating counter service most of the weekend.

I was just wondering what counter service restaurants you liked most?

 I shall answer this.

MK- Pecos Bill and Casey's.
AK- we usually end up in Pizzafari but I can't say it's my fave
MGM- don't really have one here
Epcot- Sunshine Seasons food court in the Land. I also like the counter service in Mexico and Morocco.

I am not a fan of Flame Tree at all. I do not consider that barbque.

MK - Pecos Bill's, Cosmic Ray's and Casey's

DHS - Don't really have a favorite

AK - Flame Tree, but used to be Tusker House before they turned it in to a sit down

EPCOT - Haven't done Sunshine Seasons in ages. Tangierine Cafe and the Sommerfest in Germany

I don't care for sweet barbque. I know St Louis and Memphis style are sweet too.

My two new faves are Pinnochio Village Haus and Columbia Harbour House, both at MK.

OOOOOOOOOH Columbia Harbor House!! I forgot about that one!!! We went there for lunch during our tour!

Well, technically it's not counter service, but I'd have to say Beaches and Cream.

I like Morocco, Yakitori House, and sometimes things from the French bakery (all WS, of course). I used to like Sommerfest, but they've reduced the selections there so much, I no longer do. :( Same for the bakery in Norway. :(

Lessee...Sunshine Seasons we liked for breakfast.

MK? Ummm...Cosmic Rays has a good variety. Columbia Harbor House is nice for a change.

AK: Ugh. Sorry MystikPiglit. :sorry: I'm with Johnie. That's NOT bahbecue!!! Used to be Tuskers, but not anymore. The change is disappointing. Not sure now, for that park.

DHS? Never really eaten there. Nothing appeals too much. Did have a wicked good order of fries from one of the kiosks there one time. 'Course the CM didn't charge me for them, so they tasted extra good. :D (That's a serious vice of mine; French fries). :sorry:

DTD? Ummmm...ok, the sandwich (The Earl's ) shop is ok. I like Puck's Expresses pretty well too, but usually end up at the Cafe as the prices seem less for more.

The best kept secret at DTD? Bongo's walk up window where you can get papas rellenas for less than a dollar!

I like the food courts at All Stars too.

Oh heavens! How could I forget Cooke's of Dublin!!! Love their fish and chips and chips and combo selections. Not to mention the Guinness is on tap right outside the door. :D :D

Whereabouts is that?

It's the counter service at Raglan Road. it's alongside the canal side of the building. You enter it from the outside, not the inside of the restaurant proper.

Ooh, thanks. I'll definitely add that to my list.

 You purchase the food at the take away counter and then go outside to the outdoor bar area. There are tables and a full service bar, where the Guinness can be had. :D :D

It's one of our favorite places to have a bite to eat and a drink.
