How many bedrooms?

How many bedrooms do villas have? I've seen adverts for 3 and 4 but are there any larger ones?

Also has anyone ever had trouble getting security deposits back?

You pays your money and you takes your choice!
Most villas have 3 or 4 bedrooms although I have seen some on offer containing 5, 6 and more!
If you deal with a respectable outfit then you should not have a problem with the return of your security deposit, assuming that you don`t cause any damage or incur any breakages.

Hi...You can get upto 7 bedrooms, as for security deposit in our case in the 4 years renting we have not had to with hold anyones deposit. We have had a few breakages and to be honest if its cups,glasses then we often say dont worry, had one guest recently who broke a glass and was very upset and wanted to know where we got them so he could replace it but we said not to worry but his guesture was apreciated.
If we did have a large bill to pay as a result of damage then we would speak to guest to sort it out between us rather than just with hold the deposit.

As Malcolm says it would take some quite serious damage for someone to withhold your security deposit.
