Using them this trip following a lot of good reports - spoke to the chap today to pay for the trips we know about in advance and he was a rally nice chap - we ended up chatting for a while actually.

He was interested to hear about this site so if anyone else books with them or talks to them on the phone it would, I am sure do this site no harm at all if you mentioned it :D

I will of course give a full review when we return, but am already impressed that there was no 'automatic tip' included and then a courtesy tip expected on top

That sounds promising.
Are their rates competitive?
Do they suggest an amount for the gratuity, or is it left to your discretion?

Their rates are EXTREMELY competitive. We've used them for many years and the gap between their prices and the others have widened even further now. Theyve always been 100% reliable for me and they've never suggested, or moaned, about the gratuity given.

It's nice to have service companies treat you politely and with the attitude that they want your business, isn't it? Tiffany Towncars really has a good reputation locally (unlike some other so called well known companies) and that says it all, in my book. :yes:

Do thye meet you in arrivals holding a banner with your name on or do you have to go find them outside.

They do indeed meet you in arrivals and help you collect your bags if you have elected to put them on the second carousel

I asked them for a quote a couple of weeks back and haven't had a response yet :unsure:
