Just for the regular disney water parks, I've heard horror stories of costumes coming off and things  whats best to wear?

i dont do any of the slides or rides so i just wear a tankini and the kids as there boys wore swim shorts but i recon a regular one piece suite would be best
A suit that fits. Seriously. It's the ones that are too loose or too tight that pose problems.
A full piece racing style suit would be the safest bet. Depends upon what you best like to wear.

a scarf, sweater, possibly some jeans....;)
I think a one piece is great.
A one piece is good. Be prepared to ummm, extract it a few times though.

Hey I like that idea
Definately a sturdy one piece.
I'd rather have an atomic wedgie than exposing myself for the world to see.

That is almost what I wore last time, and that is why I am not going to the waterparks this year in August

 I knew it was a good thing to wear....and that I wasn't the only thinking about wearing those particular clothing items.
I would also suggest, given the atomic wedgie danger, that those loose style boy shorts (like I wear  ) not be worn!
Land's End (or is it LL Bean?) has some really nice fitting mailliots.

I always wear a tankini...just cause when I gotta go use the facilities I hate taking the whole darn thing off!
