this is so tragic, apparently though there has been a 20% rise in young women getting their pap screening since she was diagnosed.

I just can't imagine what this would be like but my heart goes out to her and her family.

How very sad for any family to face this, it must be even harder with the world watching. I hope she can stay as well as possible for as long as possible and spend quality time making special memories for her boys.

When you're told that there is nothing else that can be done it must be so devastating, I know when Dad was told, he said it was frightening to know that today could be your last day :cry2: To have to be in the public eye all the time must be even harder for her.

It's a horrible thing to watch someone you love die from cancer :sigh: it's a cruel horrible illness and my heart breaks for her boys. To lose a parent at any age is hard enough but to lose their mummy so young is beyond words :cry2:

What it must be like thinking will you see another of their birthdays or christmas. To know you are going to miss out on all their milestones.It must be so heartbreaking for her and all the family. Life is certainly cruel sometimes.

did anyone watch the wedding on living last night? i did and i thought it was a beautiful wedding. I cried for just about the whole 2 hours and didn't sleep very well at all. IMO she has pulled it all together, so brave, i don't think i could do it. I just hope that things are as peaceful as they can be for her. bless her and her family

I wasn't going to but Poppy Sky+'d it and I needed something to watch whilst on my bike so picked that. Cycling whilst crying is harder than you'd think.

no i couldn't have watched. She has very little time left, it's such a wicked illness an it's all happened so fast.

In the little time she was given she has done everything she possibly could to organise and make things right before she leaves. What a fabulously brave woman.


i couldn't believe the report of the woman who got into her hospital room, she could truly have done without that. :hug2:

Its just so incredibly sad isnt it, it just makes my heart sink when i think about how she must feel having to leave her 2 babies behind.

The news of Jades Goody's death this Mothers Day morning has made me feel so sad.
